05 / CONTACT & ESTIMATE REQUEST

Bring us the
bid set. We'll
build the estimate.

Tell us what you're bidding, where the project is located, and what scope you need priced. L&G Estimating provides construction estimating, quantity takeoffs and preconstruction support organized around the way U.S. contractors actually bid work.

LANS & GILLETTE ESTIMATING LLC
Start with the project documents.

The more complete the bid set, the more precisely we can define scope, quantities, pricing requirements and deliverables. Drawings, specifications, addenda and any available bid instructions are useful starting points.

01 / PROJECT INTAKE

Request an estimate.

Give us enough information to understand the job before we price it. You don't need to write a perfect scope narrative—tell us what you're bidding, the project type, location and trade or estimating scope. We can follow up on anything that needs clarification.

Please do not include confidential credentials, payment information or other sensitive personal information.
02 / WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

A straightforward handoff.

The goal is to move from inquiry to a clear estimating scope without making you repeat the same information several times.

STEP / 01

Project review.

We review the project type, location, bid requirements and scope you need covered, then identify any missing information that affects the estimate.

STEP / 02

Scope confirmation.

We confirm the estimating deliverable, level of detail and relevant trades, quantities, alternates or pricing requirements before the work begins.

STEP / 03

Estimate development.

Once the scope is established, the estimate is developed from the available project documents and organized for practical contractor review.

03 / DIRECT CONTACT

Prefer to talk
through the job?

Call or email us directly if the project is easier to explain than to put into a form. We'll start with the scope, bid requirements and documents available.
